Step 1:
Telephone
us with the details of your pets and the dates that you hope to be away. We will call you back and confirm
our availability. Or if you prefer to email us,just complete the online booking form on the next page, and we will deal
with your enquiry and confirm your requirements.
Step 2:
We
will contact you to arrange a preliminary visit at your home to meet you and your pets. During this visit we familiarize ourselves
with your normal routines, and fill out a client inspection form detailing all your requirements. This includes all the information
regarding your pets needs, vetinary details, emergency contact numbers and all the relevent information regarding your
home.
Our aim is to offer you a complete
home and pet care service and to deliver our highest standards of care at all times. It is therefore
crucial that the information you give us is as honest and comprehensive
as possible.
Step 3:
Once you and most importantly your pets
are happy with us, the booking dates will be completed and contract signed. At this point we accept a 50% non refundable deposit
which will secure your booking.
